Good morning my lovelies! It's time to whip you into shape with our beautiful-vegan-boot-camp! We're going to focus on 3 really easy things you can do to tone your body and feel sexy!
1. The Invisible Stomach Crunch: Simple as it gets, and can be done anywhere you are, whether you are standing on the bus, sitting at your desk or laying down watching a movie. You just tighten your stomach muscles and then release, to the count of 100 in a set. Doing this, over a short period of time, will tighten those abs and burn up belly fat! Make it a habit. I have been doing this for a couple of months now, and see a big difference.
2. The Butt Crunch: Want a tight, rounded bottom that looks great in a bikini? Again, in sets of 100, tighten up those butt muscles and release. These are a little more obvious than the Invisible Stomach Crunches, so you may want to do them in private if you don't want people thinking there is a problem ;) This will very quickly shape your derriere and strengthen your lower back at the same time! Easy!
3. The Stretch: One thing we forget to do in our daily lives is STRETCH! We are accustomed to being in 3 positions: Standing, sitting and laying down, but we have over 650 muscles in the human body, and they ALL need a good stretch to function their best. Enrolling in a yoga class or simply following along with a video will make all the difference in the world. Yoga has changed my life forever. I thought that after the accident I would not be able to do anything physical again, and I let pain rule me. But taking the brave step of starting up again, I found out that it helps TREMENDOUSLY and I have come a long way!
So every single morning and just before I go to bed, I do 20 minutes of yoga. It allows me to start my day on the right foot, and end my day with an amazing sleep. It tones the body, strengthens and stretches out those tight muscles that store stress and stagnant energy. Just do it! You might do as I did and commit to 5 minutes a day, and once you start you will want to do more.
Oh, and one last thing: GO VEGAN if you haven't already!! Raw Vegan if you can swing it, because the more raw food you add to your diet the EASIER IT IS TO LOSE WEIGHT!
